Richard W. Klein, PE

Richard Klein, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer is a 1973 graduate of West Virginia Institute of Technology with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. In 1987, Dick received his MBA from the University of Charleston. Prior to joining Alpha Associates in 1995, he spent 22 years in the field of public works engineering working on projects throughout West Virginia. His project experience includes sewer, water and storm sewer projects, water and waste water treatment plants, street and highway design, urban renewal and subdivision design. After joining Alpha in 1995, Dick opened the Eastern Regional Office continuing his work in public works while growing extensively in the private development field. He and his wife, Kathy, live in Shepherdstown, West Virginia.
