Charles B. Luttrell, PE

Charles Luttrell is a Morgantown native and graduate of Morgantown High School. He attended West Virginia University where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering in 1993, and then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering in 1995. He received his Professional Engineer's license in 1999. Charlie joined Alpha Associates, Incorporated in 1996, and has done design work for both the Civil and Structural Departments at Alpha. His expertise includes structural design and inspection of buildings and bridges, retaining wall design and structural design of repairs for historic structures. Charlie's hobbies include rock climbing, skiing, riding motorcycles, automotive repair and home construction and remodeling. He designed and constructed the house in which he currently lives and is about to begin construction of his second house, also of his own design.
